Coffee lovers tend to prefer the pour over method because they believe it creates a more flavorful brewed cup of coffee, especially black coffee drinkers. A longer brewing process equates to a more intricate flavor extraction; the slower the water filters through the grounds, the more flavor is extracted. Voila! Delicious and flavorful coffee in every sip!
