Early in his career he worked as a technician for \u003cstrong\u003eAnacafé\u003c\/strong\u003e, Guatemala's national coffee organization, designing wet mills and advising producers on post-harvest processing. That experience transformed the way he thought about coffee and eventually led him back to farming full-time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday Benjamin manages several farms, including \u003cstrong\u003eEl Aguacate\u003c\/strong\u003e, where this Gesha is grown at \u003cstrong\u003e1,775 meters above sea level\u003c\/strong\u003e.
