Combining those coffees allows us to \u003cstrong\u003ebuild meaningful volume, purchase from more producers, and begin relationships earlier\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor us, that's the exciting part.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA producer can enter the program with what they're harvesting today. If the coffee shows potential, there's an opportunity to work together, improve quality, increase production, and eventually graduate into a dedicated single-producer release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSo while this bag says \u003cstrong\u003ecommunity blend\u003c\/strong\u003e, there are individual farmers behind it—and hopefully a few names you'll see on Color bags in the future.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\"\u003eThe Process\u003cspan class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a \u003cstrong\u003etraditional washed coffee\u003c\/strong\u003e built around sweetness and cleanliness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCoffee is harvested by the participating producers and receives a short fermentation while still in cherry.
