HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Log into your customer portal

Select Manage Subscription on the right side under Account Details

Click on Delivery Schedule
- Modify your frequency

Select Update to save your change
HOW DO I UPDATE MY NEXT SHIPMENT?
- Log into your customer portal

Select Manage Subscription on the right side under Account Details

Click on Shipping & Billing above your email address
-
Click on Next Charge Date
- A calendar will pop up and allow you to choose your next shipment date.

Once you're done, click on the Update Next Shipment Date button.

If you wish to select today's day as the next shipment, click on the Order Now button to process an order to go out the next business day.
HOW DO I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
- Log into your customer portal

Select Manage Subscription on the right-hand side under Account Details

Click on the Skip Shipment button

Click on the Skip button to make the change
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
We process subscriptions Monday-Friday. Your subscription will ship out within 24 hours of your order being processed.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Log into your customer portal

Select Manage Subscription on the right-hand side under Account Details

Click on Cancel Subscription under your email address
- Select a reason for cancelling

Select Proceed to cancel your subscription

Click on the Skip Shipment button

Click on the Skip button to make the change
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHODS?
- Log into your customer portal

Select Manage Subscription on the right-hand side under Account Details

Click on Payment Methods in the far right portion of the green navigation
- Edit your Payment Method and/or Billing Address

We change the coffees out weekly. Our focus is on variety! We’ll never repeat. Period. SO MUCH COLOR.

We change the coffees out weekly. Our focus is on variety! That being said, we promise we won’t repeat for a minimum of 6 weeks. Our goal will be no repeats, but we can’t promise.
