We ship online orders Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Generally, we try and ship all packages the next business day from when the order was placed. The goal is to get the coffee to you as fresh as possible.
- If a major U.S. holiday falls on one of those days you can expect your coffee to go out the next available shipping day.
- Packages generally arrive 2-3 days from ship day.

returns & Exchanges
At Color Coffee Roasters, our goal is complete satisfaction with quality and service. We want you to be thrilled with your experience. If you are dissatisfied with your Color Coffee Roasters purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within one week of receiving your order by emailing us at info@colorroasters.com. We’ll do our best to remedy the situation by finding you something you'll love.
We happily accept returns of unused or defective coffee equipment or merchandise. If the coffee equipment or merchandise has been used, we cannot however accept it's return. Returns are only accepted through the mail or parcel services. We cannot accept returns at our retail location. We cannot offer refunds for coffee equipment or merchandise, but refunds can be applied to future purchases.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.
To start the process, please email your order number and the reason for the return to info@colorroasters.com. We will then contact you about how to proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.
As for items that are damaged in transit, we will gladly replace those. Please send a photo to info@colorroasters.com with your order number and we can get the process going.
