Thank you Boston! We had a wonderful time making coffee for all the lovely people at the Specialty Coffee EXPO. It was so nice to meet new people and connect with old friends. The energy was palpable as most of us hadn't seen each other in a couple years. The mask rule was collectively dismissed by most and the shining faces were in plain sight. Competitions were back, new equipment was highlighted, and connections were made.
We're in the market for a new and bigger roaster, so it was cool to chat and hear everyone's experiences on their machines. Stay tuned for updates on that!
Coffee equipment has come a long way and it was so cool to see all the shiny new gear. Shout out to Breville, Beanz, Created CO, Proper, GH Grinding, Mahlkonig, and La Marzocco for having us stop by the booths and show off our COLOR*. We loved pouring drinks and showing off Colombia Walter Penna, Colombia Julio Benavides, Ethiopia Buku Natural, and our new dream blend Prism.
